Amex Credit card department,
I signed up with - on the internet to receive recipes. I thought it was $9.00 per year. The ad did not specify the time period. After the initial trial period they started billing my credit card $9.00 per month. I called my credit card company, American Express and opened a dispute. I canceled the subscription on - -, 2016. American Express told me on - - and - - that a merchant block had been placed on my account. This company refuses to honor my cancellation and continues to bill my American Express card. I have contacted American Express who says that do n't know why or how the company continues to bill me. The latest charge was -/-/2016, completely unauthorized. I spoke with American Express again on - -, 2016. They told me there was a block on my card but the merchant can bill me anyway. Something must be done about this company.
