Monthly agreement was made with Synchrony Bank to make payment on the - of every month in the amount of $21.00. Creditor is calling stating that I am behind in payments, which I am not. And stating that I have a different due date then agreed upon. I have repeatedly informed the representatives of my agreement. They apologized however they continue to harass me day and night continuous calls. Some Representatives argue and keep continuing to try to collect payment. I have not been late on any payments and wish this continued harassment to end.
