PayPal Holdings, Inc. Money transfers department,

Domestic (US) money transfer Money was not available when promised Texas

On -/-/2016 at - cst I commenced a transfer of $40.00 to a fellow collegue and during this transfer of monies paypal commenced to placing a hold on the funds as they were posted and moved from my account to his. I contacted paypal as there seemed to be alot of the same issues going on for myself amongst others I had spoken with that did business with Paypal. -/-/2016 at - cst I built my way up the management ladder and ended up speaking with a mgr by the name of - in the Paypal Customer Securities/Payments. At this time I had already spent about hour or more weaving my way through c/s reps whom seemed to be less than knowledgeable in their job duties with the companies and were of no help with resolving the matter. When I sent the funds I contacted Paypal to make sure the issue didnt arise and was assured it would n't and here we are and Paypal currently is holding the funds and will not release them to whom I sent them to or back to myself.
