Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit New Jersey
New Century Financial filed a judgment against me on -/-/- at the -. # -. This judgement is now displayed on my credit reports ; -, - and is still causing damage to my credit. I was not served properly of this notice of judgement in -/-/-. Second, I contacted - on on -/-/2016 to set up a payment arrangement because - Credit Bureau told me they are the owner of my account. After doing some research and finding this firm was Sued by CPFB for - for making false false or empty allegations about consumer debts, Filed lawsuits based on unreliable or false information, Harassed consumers with unsubstantiated court filings which I am now a victim of. Since I filed a complaint with the CPFB ( Consumer Protection Federal Bureau, I just received a letter from them stating the they " previously advised, me that - is the new owner of the judgement after being reported to CPFB. - has now sold my account to another third party. - is now telling me if I do n't keep my arrangement I will be responsible for addition filing and court fees. - also states that they do not report judgements or law suits to credit bureau agencies which is not true.. I want this judgement removed from my credit report because I was improperly serviced, the number to the court where the judgement is filed does n't exist because I tried calling it to verify this information. Every thing about New Century and - action does n't feels right. Therefore I am going to follow up with legal counsel about this matter concerning my legal right sue. Beside I am on - with a fix income how would I be able to afford these outrages fees that these firm are forcing on me.
