Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Equifax Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Texas
After reviewing my credit report in detail -/-/2016 I noticed some aged and old accounts that I decided to dispute. I disputed several accounts that were reporting wrong and were past the 7 years from the first date of delinquency. I have sent over - letters which I wo n't upload all of them but I will upload the most recent. I also contact the creditor people reporting the information and either the letters got returned or they did n't respond. This bureau sent results saying the found the account accurate after talking to the creditor.??? i 'm so confused because these people have n't sent me anything. From what I read the bureaus must complete an investigation and verify certain things with the source and respond within 45 days from date of receipt. I 've discovered multiple holes in their investigation process and I 'm not trying to get them in trouble I 'm simply trying to correct my report. Your site offers a section and I read the " first date of delinquency '' & " 7 years '' to where if it 's been 7 years from that first date you become delinquent then the account must
who is their clients. As a consumer I feel completely ignored and violated. nOt sure if I 'm the only one but i 'd be willing to bet I 'm not. Hoping they correct some of these mistakes not just for me but for other americans. This has affected me personally bc I 'm trying to obtain financing for a vehicle. Accounts in question are : 1.DP OF EDUC ( letter got returned, over 7 years from first date i was first late ) 2. - ( over 7 years ) 3. - ( I do n't owe anything, says on my report $63.00?? simply not true ) 4. - ( i believe we first became late of 7 yrs ago ) 5. - ( I was first delinquent with ORIGINAL CREDITOR over 7 years ago ) 6. - ( i was first late over 7 years ago ) ( very sure ) 7. - ( i was first late over 7 years ago ) Thank you for your time and i 'm looking forward to getting this resolved. have a great day.
