I received a call at - CT -/-/-, the representative only stated a portion of the Mini Miranda disclosure, I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said the same Mini Miranda. They did state they were attempting to collect a debt, however neither stated they were a debt collector. The supervisor stated they are not required to say that.
