Unsolicited issuance of credit card Texas
I had an - - - card. Somehow - took over the card and my - - got transferred to them ever since - I 've had issues logging on late fees and overlimit fees accrued and I cant seem to catch up on the card I called on -/-/2016 to ask for assistance since the payment never seems to go down and Im having financial difficulties since I got a big pay decrease at work. All they could offer was for me to just pay the minimum and keep accruing the late and over limit fee. They have no assistance in helping repay a card I do n't even want. I never had any issues with my - - -
