Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Oklahoma

Equifax lowered my credit score by - points in seven days. I tried to contact Equifax but was sent on a wild goose - for over an hour, with no answers. No apparent change to my report. Other reporting agencies did not lower my score. I have been working to raise my score for a mortgage and do not need their crazy reporting PLease help
