Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Equifax Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Texas
I sent a DOFD letter to Equifax on -/-/16 via certified mail that was received by them on -/-/16. I have not received a response and, therefore, according to FCRA such items should now be removed from my report. There are several inaccuracies in this credit report including : 1 ) A collection account showing with no creditor name, 2 ) Various student loan installment accounts showing as opened that have been closed for multiple years and 3 ) Student loan accounts that are currently paid as agreed showing as collections. As these disputed accounts have not been investigated and responded to within the 30 days allotted by Federal law, according to FCRA, I am respectfully requesting that all items on my DOFD dispute letter dated -/-/16 be removed.
