Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Colorado

Equifax has been reporting false information on my credit report since - - that has prevented me from renting an apartment. They have - collections listed from - - - / -. This information was previously deleted via a dispute in - -. Equifax continuously states that the company ( - ) is verifying the information that account belongs to me but fails to provide any proof of the alleged debt and method of verification. I have sent in documents directly to Equifax showing that the account that is reporting the information does not match to what - is claiming and the original creditor is - - and it does not match that of -. I have requested a signed contract that has my signature showing that I agreed to terms with - communities which both Equifax and - have failed to provide ( because it does not exist ) yet both Equifax and - do not provide any additional proof and these - negative collection entries remain on my credit report.
