Equifax Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Pennsylvania
On -/-/- I received my - bureaus credit report from - and the federal tax lien had been deleted from equifax ( the other bureaus had previously deleted the federal tax lien showing on my credit report in response to my dispute. Equifax had deemed the account as verified and refused to remove it so I responded with another letter disputing the validity of the tax lien, stating that I am requesting proof that the - validated this tax lien because I have in a letter from the court that they do not report to any credit reporting agency. ). The lien was removed from my equifax credit report on -/-/- and reinserted on -/-/-. I never received notification of the reinsertion. This is in direct violation of the FCRA Section 611 Part A ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ). Equifax never notified me of the reinsertion and furthermore this lien does not belong to me and I have spoken with the - and they do not report to any credit reporting agency.
