Credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute
Equifax Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Washington
Equifax continue to violate my rights and the law by constantly verifying the un-authorized inquiries listed on my credit file. In my last letter I gave them the new and relevant information ( proof that the creditor did not have authorization ) they needed to conduct their investigation. Yet they still verified these inquires. It 's troubling that Equifax continues to violate the law and hurt consumers on a daily basis. The law is clear, if the creditor does not have permissible purpose to pull a credit report, they ca n't pull. They have failed their responsibilities to me as a consumer and I will explore all legal options that are afforded to me under the law. Because of their willful non-compliance, I 'm sorry but you left me with no choice. I will be filing complaints with the following agencies : FTC, -, - in your state, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau- - - - -, -, Advocates for Fair Credit Reporting, -, -, - - - - - -, - - - - -. These complaints will be filed because Equifax just simply refused to follow the law of the FCRA. I had no choice as you forced my hand by not deleting the un-authorized inquiries.
