On - -, 2016 I received a letter from Equifax dated -/-/2016 with the results of a recent dispute. Basically the letter stated that the item that I 'm disputing is no longer on my credit report. Looked on Privacy guard report dated -/-/2016 and - - report dated -/-/2016 and - - - ( - - is still appearing on my report. Called Equifax on -/-/2016 at - cst and spoke with a - a customer service rep that works with Equifax that states my letter do n't say what I 'm saying it says. I asked to speak to a supervisor she transferred me to a supervisor by the name of - where I was told that the confirmation was for an address deletion. Lastly, I was transferred to the fraud department where I spoke to an - and was told they ca n't remove anything even if I have the proof only the creditors can, now I sent them the response from - creditor where they stated that they ca n't remove anything only the credit bureaus can. Please help me Equifax is a scam. Please find I included all evidence that I have. My dispute, their response, and my credit report.
