Citi Credit Card ( Costco Card ) Changed my statement close date with no notification or approval. They then proceed to charge me late and interest fees along with not deducting a $4100.00 payment but instead adding it on top of my new balance, which comes to $7700.00. They provided no explanation for why this happened. This is clear Fraud. Fraudulent charges ex. late fee, interest fee, $4100.00 all ready paid.
