Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New Jersey

My debt is with -, before canceling my policy because i bought a new car i called geico and informed them if i transfer over my current plant to the new vehicle till the contract termination ( one month after ) will i be charged more than my normal rate, representative clearly stated you will not unless you continue to be with us for a new policy for my new car, sweet ... but now collections is harrassing me for roughly $630.00 which would have been my new payment if i styed with geico. I do not understand this one bit it is not right to ruin peoples lives like this for their own mistake i would have cancelled before buying my new car if they had told me i will be charged a new premium for the one month i had left oh and that month was pid for 4 days before my new purchase.
