Hello I would like to file a complaint against a company by the name of the big picture loans. I took out a $200.00 loan and they told me my finance charges would be $100.00 a total of $300.00 to pay back. I took out the loan -/-/- and started making my monthly payments for -/-/- -/-/- and - for $100.00 a month. They are telling me my next payment date will be for -/-/-, and that I only pay the principal charges, they are saying that my total loan balance is $1200.00.
