Citibank Credit card department,
I have a Best Buy credit card with Citibank as the underwriter. Citibank has sent notices that state they are charging a late fee of - $ despite the CARD Act 2009 that clearly indicates late fees can not exceed - . I have told them this repeatedly but nothing has changed. Furthermore, I have been told that they are removing my late fees only to later find that the late fees have not been removed and Citibank then charges me another late fee on top of the previous late fee. This deception and fraud has been going on since - -
