Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Washington

Equifax, refuse to delete these unauthorized and fraudulent inquiries from my credit report even after sending them documents from the companies stated that they have no records of this inquiries. I spoke with Selly from Equifax fraud department on -/-/2016 to get this issue resolved, she stated that no matter how many letters I send, they will not remove these inquiries and she put the burden back on me telling me to contact the company who placed the inquiries on my credit report which I have already contacted and still they were not able to verify these hard inquiries and sent response letters to me that I uploaded and also sent to Equifax copies and they still will not delete the hard inquiries.
