Citibank Credit card department,
This is regarding my Macy 's revolving credit account. It 's very simple. When I pay my bill in full on or before the due date leaving a - balance, Macy 's applies a finance charge on a - balance. This has occurred 6-8 times in 14-15 months of a new account. Each time I 'm incorrectly assessed the charge I 'm forced to contact customer service and they always remove the charges. I do n't feel it 's my responsibility to monitor each month and more importantly, how many customers are unaware of this fraudulent business practice. Each time I contact Macy 's corporate office they assure me they wo n't continue this & are notating my account. Obviously, false promises to presumably make me go away. PLEASE HELP!
