Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Texas

i have written several times over the past several months. equifax has removed a creditor i was in good standing with and it has not been put back. The original company was - - I had a $5000.00 credit limit paid in full. The account was two years old. The company was sold to - -. I have received email from the company saying they are live and reporting to Equifax, yet it still has not shown up. This has caused my credit score to drop.
