Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
My husband got a new job and he was paid monthly at the end of the month. I started paying all our bills at the end of the month. Synchrony Financial has charged me late fees since - 2016, even though I made payments and paid over the minimum payment some months. In some of the months, I made two payments, one at the first of the month for current statement and one a the end of the month for next statement. However, the second payment was not applied to the next billing statement, even though it was made after the required due date from the previous statement. I have now incurred over $200.00 in late fees, but have been paying every month.
