Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Massachusetts

I have contacted Equifax three times now disputing a collection account that was to be deleted by request of the collection agency. The latest dispute results states that it is " verified to be mine '' although I have attached the same letter from the collection agency each time stating it is to be deleted. it has been deleted with both - and - without having to investigate. It is completely disregarded each time and I want this deleted as soon as possible.
