Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Missouri

Please help two people are trying to open accounts and say they are me, they even opened an account with Credit Karma, under my email address, but has there own pass code, so I could not open an account at Karma. Could someone please call me asap, this is fraud, I can get any of my reports because they put phony info on apps they filled out, not since i cant answer some of there questions, I cant get my reports to see what these people are doing, I know one is my brother They robbed my home twice in 5 years. I am getting a lot of mail in there names sent to I have lived here 20 years, please can you report this and help me find out what they have done or trying to do
