Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Illinois

Had my computer stolen end of last year or beginning of this year. It had all my info on it all my pass words saved on it and all my dates would fill in any application. with all my correct info hope you can help. Someone tried to get credit card about - or so really dont know exact amount of inquires they made.
