Good morning. I contacted Wells Fargo to get my interest rate lowered on my credit card. I 'm in the process of buying a home and I want to pay the debt down on my Wells Fargo credit card to raise my FICO score and lower my debt to income. I spoke with two reps and both said they were unable to lower the interest rate. I asked why and neither rep offered an explanation. Is there anything the CFPB can do?
