Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Texas
Default judgement signed on -/-/2016. First payment to be made assuming in -/-/2016. Employer received wage with holding order sometime in - ( did not come registererd mail for accurate date ). Order dated -/-/2016. Funds were collected from -/-/--/-/2016 pay period. The information placed on my credit bureaus are inaccurate as well as different depending on which bureau. Contacted the attorney general of T- to discuss. They insisted local office would have information pertaining to resolutions of this matter. Local offices suggest the Texas AG main office and have not provided anything further than what I received from the main state office. This should not be in my bureau and accurate data and time of payments due should have been correct prior to reporting this to all bureaus. I never received notification until I pulled my bureaus this was being reported. I have attached bureaus, wage with holding order received by employer, email documentation asking for resolution and clarifications, etc.
