A few months ago I recently reviewed my credit file. I noticed that there was items on my credit file that did not belong to me. I have sent dispute letters to both the credit agencies and CNAC. I did not receive any response back from CNAC. The credit agencies get stating that they verified the information. Since then, on - -, 2016, I sent Fraud Affidavits to CNAC and to all - of the credit agencies. Even after all of my efforts to get this item removed, CNAC still have not removed this item. This is not my account. I did not open this account or authorize anyone to open this account in my name. Please assist me in getting this matter resolved. They have received the Fraud Affidavit because I mailed it Certified Return Receipt.
