Hello, this is regarding MC issued by - - : acc. # - - - - - - -. - - - -, - - I bought an online ad placement on -/-/2016. Shortly after that the website disappeared. I called the number on the email receipt, I was promissed a refund of $190.00 the next month and the next month. Finally I called - -. They claimed if was over 6 months ago and they can do chargeback but I would have to write the letter. After they asked me for other documents they I promptly faxed and mailed, after few weeks they denied my chargeback : -/-/2016 - - - - - -. - - - -, - - - - - - - - - -, - - ACCOUNT NUMBER - Dear - - : - - - - - - - -, - - ACCOUNT NUMBER - - - -. - - - -, - - - Thank you for contacting - Cards. Sincerely, Customer Service Team FEDERAL REGULATIONS REQUIRE THE STATEMENT PRINTED ON THE REVERSE SIDE. - They have my money and merchant is still processing with -, so why they refuse to chargeback for the service I paid for 18 months for and I got nothing? I hope you can influence their Dispute Department as this is clearly nor fair to leave consumer with the money gone and no help from my credit card issuer. Thank you. - -.
