I sent a letter to - regarding an inaccuracy on my credit report, account number -. They received and signed for the letter on - -, 2016 ( I attached the return receipt ). They violated federal law by not placing " notice of dispute '' on my account within 30 days of my dispute ( I attached my credit report as well, please see pages - & - for the reporting from - - ).
