I have disputed it a few times through the credit bureaus. I have sent letters to the collection agency reporting a collection on my credit report that they have to show the accuracy of their documents but no such thing was given. It is the law under FCRA to do so and yet they will not. I have not a single blemish on my credit report besides this collection company. When I called and spoke to a supervisor he told me to call an attorney. The " collection '' is a college class that i paid off. The college told me that it wasnt in collections but when I paid them it turns out they reported it that way.
