I fell behind on an auto loan with Reliable Credit Association. The loan officer offered me a settlement that if I brought the vehicle back they would settle the account and not charge me the balance after auction sale. however, they report an unpaid balance of over - on my credit report. this is contrary to our agreement, the account should reflect a zero balance.
