Financial Recoveries collection agency ( - ) reported - disputed billed amounts to the credit bureaus both without my knowledge and after I made a payment. 1 ) For a negative entry of $100.00 they reported to the credit reporting services, I had never received their correspondence. As a result, I never got a chance to dispute the balance. I made the payment anyway despite my disagreement to the balance my medical provider - - ( - ) tried to collect through Financial Recoveries. 2 ) Financial Recoveries reported the amount of $53.00 on -/-/- to the credit reporting services even after I paid it through their automated system on -/-/2016. Not only that, immediately after I received the letter from them for this balance, I faxed a letter disputing the charge. They immediately sent me a copy of the original creditor 's bill which I disagree, I called them and made the payment regardless as I realized I was too powerless to fight the hospital and the collection agency. Still within a few days after I filed the dispute against the charge and after I made the payment, they still reported this to the credit bureaus. Their action was relentless and against rules and caused distress and negative impact on my perfect credit history.
