Other bank product/service Problems caused by my funds being low
Wells Fargo & Company Bank account or service department,
Other bank product/service Problems caused by my funds being low Nevada
Wells Fargo received a legal order on -/-/16 ( one day order ) and processed that day. On -/-/16 supposedly received another legal order of some sort they called an " extention '' of original order. WF did not give this copy to me when requested. I called legal department several times to specifically ask if an additional outside order existed and was informed one did not. Asked why WF overdrew all of my accounts on - -, was told an " escalation '' was in the works to see why accounts overdrawn and was told 20 days to rectify situation. On - day at - CA time, phone call informing me that said check will be mailed out. I do n't understand how WF can overdraw my accounts to satisfy a legal order that they already processed on - and then tell me they are investigating the reason for the action that overdrew my accounts but still act as if the check will be mailed to satisfy the supposed " extension ''. -/-/16 spoke to - - in Arizona to investigate further why accounts were overdrawn on - -. Not feeling confident that this matter will be resolved to correct accounts to previous balance positions. Legal department gives incorrect information when consumer calls to get information on issues. I feel they give us the run around to cover their incompetence regarding the processing of legal orders. When asked if they employ actual lawyers, the answer is no. I do not want to be added to the list of consumers that are unable to open accounts at other financial institutions if my accounts are left in the overdrawn state caused by the legal department. I need answers and help. We have opened a complaint against the legal department as well - today -/-/16 with WF customer service.
