Customer service / Customer relations New York

Hi, I am unable to get the FICO credit score.When I am trying to get the credit report, I am getting error message like they are unable to match the information I provided with the credit information database.I am sure that I am providing the correct details.Could you help me to find out what information is wrong on my records and how to correct that information.
