Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Iowa

I have called, emailed, and contacted Equifax via social media multiple time to request assistance with missing information. Equifax is not including an account that was reported to them 23 days ago, over three weeks. Equifax will not assist in helping resolve the issue and takes every effort to not provide help. I have contacted the creditor and this information has been supplied to Equifax.
