I insisted that - Cease & Desist from contacting me altogether, Cease from contacting 3rd parties instead contact - to discuss this matter. - informed me long into the call that he was speaking with me on recorded line without my knowledge or consent. This debt collector has grossly violated my rights and I have no clue what his collection matter pertains to.
