- with Pioneer Credit Recovery has contacted 3rd parties about an unknown alleged debt. I have a Bankruptcy in place which - has ignored. While leaving a message on -, Legal Assistant to Attorney - - on a recorded line. I insisted that - Cease & Desist from contacting me altogether, Cease from contacting 3rd parties instead contact - to discuss this matter. - informed me long into the call that he was speaking with me on recorded line without my knowledge or consent. This debt collector has grossly violated my rights and I have no clue what his collection matter pertains to.
