I informed the agency contacting me regarding said debt that the debt balance was incorrect! I advised them of such in less than 2 weeks they turned around and simply send me a form letter saying the debt is valid without confirming or checking with the creditor at all! I informed them in writing on knowing that they were simply sending me a form letter without checking out my dispute! They then sent me another letter acknowledging my dilute! Five days later they send me the same form letter again saying this was a valid debt! Again violating the FDCPA. This company in question is Credence Resource Management, LLC - - - - - - T- -.
