I have become totally and permanently - and contacted BB & T with a letter on - 2016 stating that I have no money and my income on - are totally used up covering my minimal living essentials. I had sent in a complaint and they responded saying they had offered a new plan and I did n't accept. That is true because I told the woman that verbally & was VERY rude to me that I started crying. I was telling her I could do a little because I did have to eat. When I said I had to eat, she still bullied me with smart remarks like " you ca n't pay $58.00? I kept saying no. '' In BB & T 's letter - - also mentioned BB & T will take action by reviewing the call and apologized that I was upset after having this interaction. The apology was not sincere and it was during practically the whole call.and not the end. The fact that they send an automated letter that is generated informing clients about accounts being closed. In this case - - said it was because of having difficulty maintaining contractual payments. Said that I had been advised and agreed with constant credit being closed. This should not have been written since it always had a - balance and I thought it had been closed. I opened the credit card account to transfer to a - interest. That was done and if they review they 'll see I never charged anything more. The late fees & interest changes keeps going from $25.00 to $32.00. Every month an extra $80.00 is added with fees. I do n't think - needs to quote everything I write because it was very hard to write in the first place. I had been used to having an income while working. It was stated at the beginning of the letter Complaint # - that my complaint was forwarded to - - for review and response. Also written in the letter had a notice of furnishing negative information.
