Citibank Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Florida

A company called CBNA made hard inquiries to my - credit report on -/-/16 and -/-/2016. I I do n't know who this company is and I certainly did n't give them permission to run my credit. There is no phone number for them on the credit report, just a notation " by mail only. '' The address - - - -, SD - follows. Repeated letters to that address were ignored. I sent one by certified mail, so I know it arrived at that address. I must assume that there is some sort of fraud going on, or I would have received a reply with an explanation. I have no way of knowing if accounts were opened in my name, using my credit, without my knowing. I can only assume that they have been.
