Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute New York

I placed a fraud alert on all - credit reporting agencies due to the number of inquires seen on my credit reports. they sent me an email saying they had investigated and all inquires were correct, per the companies that posted the hard inquires, but they did not have adequate verification with my signature. i would like the hard inquires removed from my credit reports immediately, as they can not verify they were approved by me.
