Citibank Credit card department,
On -/-/2016, I attempted to pay my credit card bill online. The Closing date on the account was -/-/2016. Online, I was told that there were " technical difficulties '' and I could try later. -/-/- and -/-/- are - holidays so I can not " try later ''. I talked to Customer Service via " Chat '' who repeated that there were " technical difficulties '' and I should try later. I repeatedly asked if there was another way I could pay and did not receive a response to my question. I telephoned and the voice mail system was likewise malfunctioning. I should not have to pay late fees and interest if the Bank makes it impossible for me to pay my bill
