Equifax continues to report unverified accounts and they refuse to verify the accounts in according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). they are required by Federal law to verify through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract. Equifax is in violation of Federal law.
