Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I set up a balance transfer from my - credit card to my Wells Fargo credit card on -/-/2015 in the amount of $7500.00. The transfer was initiated through Wells Fargo, and they were to send the funds to my - account. The balance appeared on my Wells Fargo bill very quickly, but has never been applied to my - account. I 've talked to - banks many times, but with no resolution. - banks claim to have done multiple investigations to find the transaction from Wells Fargo to -, and both claim to find no issue on their end. - has informed me all they need from Wells Fargo is a transmittal report for the wire transfer ( which was described to me as a receipt for the transaction ). Wells Fargo says that they " do n't do transmittal reports '' or any other type of confirmation, other than their internal tracking number ( which is useless to - ). When I asked why they ca n't give me a receipt, I was informed that it is their information and they do n't have to share it with me.
Since this balance transfer was initiated, I 've only been able to make the minimum payment on these - credit cards, instead of being able to pay down - credit card. As - cards have been close to their limits during this time, this has negatively affected my credit score. Neither bank is willing to communicate with the other to get this issue resolved, and I do n't know how to proceed. See attached file " - '' for a summary of interactions I 've had with Wells Fargo and - representatives in an effort to get the issue resolved.
