My car was repossessed by Lobel Financial -/-/2016. I called Lobel Financial today - - to redeem my vehicle. I was originally told by - in the Reposession department the payment I paid to Lobel financial on - - was never received. I advised Lobel Financial my fianc paid the bills and gave permission for her to speak on my behalf. I was advised I could only speak regarding the vehicle. I advised my fianc dropped the payment off my money order to the Lobel - office. She then told me the payment was never made. My fianc called in and provided the money order numbers and the payment then magically reappeared after my car was taken. I called in to ask what I needed to do today to redeem my vehicle. I was told I needed to pay $1200.00 by certified funds and the payment would take 15 mins to post and then I would need to contact the tow yard to find out fees and then I could redeem the vehicle. I was giving the run around by Lobel and the finance company for about an hour. I finally was given the location to my vehicle. I arrived


towards my car with my alarm remote. My alarm remote would not open the car. I was them told my battery was dead. - called her husband who put cables on my car and left it on for about 30 mins and the car still would not charge. I advised - moments after seeing my car that my in dash system was gone. I asked my amp was gone. I advised my wires to my amp and in dash were missing. I was told by - that she had insurance and would file a claim for my property. Her husndand advised me they had issues with their driver who now is in jail for theft. I called Lobel Financial spoke to - at the headquarters and I was advised - was not responsible for my property or the vehicle and I signed a paper stating the property and car had no issues. I called - Police showed them pictures of my property in the car and filed a police report. I went back to Lobel - location advised of the car and my property and was told I needed to speak to " Headquarters ''. I asked for my money back and the gentleman who took my payment offered to return the payment. A lady them storms out her office and says I 'm sorry we ca n't return the payment you need to speak to headquarters. I called Lobel Headquarters spoke to - who was more concerned about my fianc being with me to pick up the vehicle than my issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and was advised she would call back. I never got a call back from a supervisor and my issue still is n't resolved
