Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Pennsylvania

I spoke to a representative from Equifax regarding negative information from - - retroactively placed on my report for years - and -. This information was placed on my report in - of - almost 4 years later and after 4 years of Equifax reporting no negative information for - -. I was told by an Equifax representative over the phone that on - -, - another update was being done on my file and in a few week after this update the negative reporting for - and - would not show on my report. I have requested Equifax to remove this information from my credit report.
