Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
A year ago I purchased a bed from - by setting up monthly payments with no interest for 18 months. Today I decided to pay off the remaining balance. When I went onto their website I noticed that they have been charging me a late fee of - with interest for late payments every month. I have autopay!!. They said it was n't through their company but through my bank and my bank was n't paying it on time. WHAT??? I set up the autopay through - 's online site. They basically said I was out of luck. More like out of - of bogus charges. They did eventually credit me - big deal. This credit card company is ripping people off and needs to be held accountable just like - -. Please look into this.
