On -/-/2016, while checking my accounts with Wells Fargo in relation to some other open issues, I found some unknown charges on my credit card. I called Wells Fargo to report these charges and work out the details of resolving this issue, but I was met with the same useless " customer service '' people that have terrible attitudes, and generally refuse to do or be anything helpful.
