Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Obtained a zero interest promotional from Rooms To Go serviced by Synchrony Bank. I have incurred late fees and interest charges every month since the inception of the loan despite regular early and timely payments. I have had to spend between 45 minutes to an hour and a half every month to have the charges reversed. Based on my numerous discussions with customer service representatives, the fees occur due to the " timing '' of the payment processing and their systemic limitations to process early payments. In order to avoid fees I have doubled payments in some months, changed my bill submission dates.. etc ... I am unable to avoid the fees no matter what I do unless I call in and escalate to multiple supervisors. I simply do not have the time to dedicate to reversing the fees every month. This month I have a balance of more than 10 % of the original loan value. I do not know if they will waive it. I have grown fatigued with calling in every month.
