I submitted my - on - - 2016 along with a request to provide the benefits to my loan. I had not received a response as of - - 2016 so my wife called to verify if they had been received. The representative informed her they received some paperwork from the - but had no idea what SCRA was. He had never heard of it. He informed her a compliance manager would call her back.
