As I await an answer from Bank of America, regarding Complaint -, I have received yet another pre-selected credit card offer, with the same exact criteria, as sent in two previous offers, though, when I applied, they denied my application. Again, I am wondering what exactly has changed, since the BOA system seems to continue to generate and send these offers with guarantees, BOA has no intention of fulfilling.
